PRIVACY POLICY

1. Information we process

• Website support requests: reply email, game or service, category, subject, message, processing status, reply history, and an anonymous browser identifier
• Account information: Firebase user identifier, sign-in method, and guest status
• Social sign-in information: name, profile image, and other public profile information authorized by the user
• Game information: nickname, profile and customization settings, friend relationships, match results, rating, items, currency, and reward history
• Purchase information: product ID, transaction ID, and purchase status. The app does not collect complete payment card numbers.
• Technical information: device, operating system, app version, IP address and network information, error and crash logs, advertising identifier, and advertising or analytics events depending on the SDKs in use and user choices
• Safety information: reports, blocks, abuse prevention, and security records

Website Player Support

Player Support on neofoxtree.co.kr uses a dedicated Firebase project to receive requests, display requests belonging to the user, and provide replies and status updates. Anonymous authentication for each browser is used to distinguish the owner of a request and prevent access by other users.

Support information is retained for the period needed to resolve the request and address disputes. Unless a separate legal obligation applies, it is securely deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled. Requests for access, correction, deletion, or restriction can be made through Player Support or neofoxtree@gmail.com.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Performance of a contract: sign-in, account management, gameplay, multiplayer, rankings, friends, rewards, and purchase restoration
• Legitimate interests and legal obligations: security, fraud and abuse prevention, error diagnosis, disputes, and refunds
• Consent: advertising, analytics, and international transfers where consent is required by applicable law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Service providers and international transfers

The following providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies to provide the service:

• Google LLC: Firebase Authentication, Database, Analytics, and Crashlytics; Google Play Games, Billing, and Mobile Ads
• Meta Platforms, Inc.: Facebook Login
• X Corp.: X Login
• Exit Games GmbH: Photon multiplayer services
• Unity Technologies: Unity runtime and related diagnostics

These services may operate servers outside the Republic of Korea. Transfers are made over encrypted networks. Users may choose guest access or another supported sign-in method instead of social sign-in where available.

4. Retention and deletion

Account and game data is retained while the account remains active and deleted without undue delay after account deletion is completed. Records that must be retained for purchases, refunds, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations are stored separately for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.

5. Your rights

You may request account deletion in the app settings, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent. See the Account Deletion Guide for the procedure.

6. Children

ASTRAWEAVE account, social sign-in, and personalized advertising features are not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age of consent, that standard applies. Contact us promptly if you believe a child’s information has been collected in error.

7. Security and policy changes

We apply reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, separation of public and private data, least-privilege access controls, and log review. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page before they take effect.
