ACCOUNT DELETION

You can request account deletion inside the app regardless of your sign-in method. Deleted accounts and game progress cannot be recovered.

Delete your account in the app

Sign in to ASTRAWEAVE with the account you want to delete.
Open Settings from the lobby.
Select Delete Account.
Review the information and complete the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

Email neofoxtree@gmail.com with the subject “ASTRAWEAVE Account Deletion Request.” We will request only the minimum information needed to verify ownership. We will never ask for your password or full payment card number.

Data that will be deleted

Firebase authentication account and user identifier
Nickname, status message, profile, and customization settings
Match history, rating, ranking, and friend relationships
Currency, items, rewards, and game progress

Data that may be retained

Some records required by applicable law for purchases, refunds, tax, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention may be stored separately for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.

Processing time

In-app requests are normally processed as soon as the confirmation steps are complete. Email requests are processed as quickly as possible after ownership is verified. If the law requires additional verification, we will provide a status update.
